Spit Roast Dietary Requirements

We understand that there are many dietary needs for lots of different allergies. Below is a list of our products and their suitability for various diets. All of our equipment and utensils are sanitised after each function to ensure there is no cross-contamination.


We do not add any flour or spices to our meats. Our meats to cook in their own juices.

We have plenty of choices of vegetables, salads, and desserts that are gluten-free. Our Fried Rice is also Gluten-free. Gluten-free gravy and bread rolls can be provided.


Our meat comes straight from our local butcher that ensures there is no contamination. Our vegetables and the salads that we prepare on-site also have no contaminations. Because some of our salads and our desserts are outsourced they may contain traces of nuts. We do prepare the fruit salad on-site so that it is nut-free. Also, the gravy that we use is nut-free.


We have hot options for vegetarians, we have a choice Vegetarian Lasagne, Vegetarian Cannelloni, or Vegetarian Quiche to choose from. In the packages, there is also a lot to choose from that does not contain meat. Vegetarian gravy can be provided upon request.

We provide on-site spit roast catering for Penrith, Windsor, Richmond, Castle Hill, Parramatta, Blacktown, Campbelltown, Liverpool, Sutherland Shire, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, CBD.

Also, we service the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Bathurst, Central Coast, and South Coast.

Depending on the location of your function there may be an additional cost.
